Jasdip is a very friendly, and very helpful realtor. My wife and I live an hour away so finding someone who could help us in the process made life easier. The house was due for remodeling, which Jasdip helped with finding the contractors. Whenever we couldn't make it to check on the house or talk to anyone working on it, he would show up no questions asked, even for just watering the grass. He also helped find suitable buyers and got my wife and I an offer we were satisfied with. Without Jasdip we don't know how frustrating and stressful the whole process of selling our house would have been. Thank you Jasdip.

We bought our home in Yuba City at the peak of the housing bubble.  We weren’t planning on staying in it for a long time, but the steady decline in property values trapped us there for nearly 10 years, seeing a low point in our home value that was half of what we had paid for it.  With our home value rebounding to within 10% of our purchase price, we decided it was time to sell.  We watched some neighbors sell their house in less than 30 days with the help of a big-name realtor, so we planned on contacting that same realtor when the time was right.  
    We wanted to sell in the late spring so that the market would be more active, and so our kids could finish out the school year before moving.  Word got around our street that we were planning on moving.  That's when I was approached by Jasdip Singh, a neighbor of several years who lived just a few doors around the cul-de-sac.  With his calm and friendly demeanor, he asked me if I would consider hiring him to sell our house.  He explained that even as a realtor from a small firm, he had the same access to MLS as a large firm has.  He said he would put more effort into selling our house than he would if he were selling his own house.  After considering his offer for a few days, I accepted.  
    Jasdip started the sale process by researching comparable homes in our neighborhood that had sold recently.  After a couple rounds of discussions, we settled on a selling price that was not out of line with the comps, and was reasonable.  
    We did a thorough job of cleaning the inside and outside of our house, and removed clutter so that it was ready when Jasdip came over to take photos.  He took his time, making sure the house was well-lit, and that each photo was taken from an angle that accentuated the best features of each room.
    Jasdip placed an attractive sign in our front yard, which included nice color flyers.  He also listed our house promptly on MLS, as well as on realtor.com.  There was a little issue with the realtor.com listing due to our house being listed both in Yuba City and Sacramento, but this got cleared up quickly.
    Our house was listed on a Sunday, and we received five offers within the first few days.  We accepted an offer by Friday that was a little higher than our asking price and met our needs for a specific closing date.
    Everything from there on out, including the inspection, appraisal, and closing, went as smoothly as can be.  On moving day, Jasdip was there with his gloves on ready to help.
